There
are many ways to access your horizonfoods.com email account.
Instead of always using the webmail interface at mail.horizonfoods.com
you can use a mail client to access the email account. Two
popular and free email clients are Outlook Express from Microsoft and
Thunderbird from Mozilla. If you use windows then Outlook Express
should have come with your computer, or you can download the installer
from here - Outlook Express/Internet Explorer Download. Thunderbird will need to be downloaded for you to use it, click download now from http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/
in order to get the latest version of Thunderbird. Once you have
the program of your choice installed on your computer then the links
below will take you to the email account setup for that program. (p.s. we like Thunderbird much more then Outlook Express)

In the links above there is a reference to the outgoing mail server,
also refered to as SMTP server, and how you need to get that
information from your ISP. Your dial-up or broadband providor is
your ISP. For example if you use AOL dial-up then AOL is your
ISP. If you use cable or dsl for internet access then the company
you pay is your ISP. If you have any questions then contact Chris
at Headquarters via - pccharge@horizonfoods.com - and tell him what your ISP is and he will get back to you with the value you should use.
